Appointment Policy


We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience for every client. Please take a moment to review our appointment policy before booking.


Treatment Satisfaction

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a treatment you’ve received, please contact us within 72 hours.

This allows us to inspect and, if necessary, correct the issue free of charge.

Concerns raised after 72 hours may result in a charge for the service.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.


Appointment Times

All treatment times shown are for guidance only.

They reflect the total appointment duration, which includes consultation, colour/design selection, and treatment time.


Late Arrivals

Please arrive promptly for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be charged the no-show fee.

If you arrive early, we have a small waiting area available for your comfort.


Payments

Payment for all services must be made in full upon completion of your treatment.
